Breezy is available to all plan types except Free Trials and Appsumos.
To enable this integration, you will need a Secret Key (provided by Breezy support). You can obtain this by contacting your Breezy account manager or support.
Integration setup and configuration
- Enable Breezy Integration in Vervoe account → Integrations → Breezy tab and toggle enable on
- Copy the Webhook URL, you will need to add this in your Breezy account
3. Next, complete authorization - fill in credentials at the same time, and click the Authorize button.
- The Shared Secret Key (provided by Breezy support)
- The Breezy email (from the Breezy user’s account
- The Breezy password (from the Breezy user’s account)
Successful authorization
Once the account has been authorized, you will see two additional steps.
Vervoe Stage Name asks you to confirm the name of the stage to which the Vervoe assessments will be sent. The default name is Vervoe Assessment Stage, which you can replicate or add a different name.

Set Reinvite Timeframe is the period you would like to allow between candidates being able to retake the same test. By default, this period is set to 180 days; however, you can select a number from 1 day to 9999 days.
We recommend setting this to at least 6 months to ensure candidates get better at the assessment bu further developed skills, not practice-effects.
Linking an assessment to the position’s stage in Breezy
First, create the position and add the stage Vervoe Assessment Stage (or whatever the stage name they have linked above).
Next, add the Vervoe assessment slug under the Custom Fields detail. This maps the assessment to the job req.
Then, you must select the Position Pipeline, including Vervoe, to ensure the assessment is used.
Viewing Candidate Results
Once a candidate enters the Vervoe assessment stage, they are automatically invited to the assessment via a Vervoe invite email.
Updates on the candidate status and score are passed into Breezy along with a link to the candidate report card.

Please note that the score per skill group is not passed to Breezy; however, it is visible on the candidate report card.
