Activate the Teamtailor integration to automatically send Vervoe assessments to candidates—creating a smooth and seamless hiring workflow.

Integration Overview

With this integration, you can:

• Automatically trigger assessments in your hiring stages
• View candidate scores and results directly in Teamtailor
• Use automation rules to move candidates based on their scores

Integration & Setup

Step 1 – Request Access

Before starting the setup:

• Go to the Teamtailor Marketplace and search for Vervoe.
• You’ll be prompted to contact:
  📧 contact@vervoe.com to request API access.

👉 Important:
You must also request the Webhook URL from the Teamtailor team before completing the Vervoe setup.

 

 

Step 2 – Activate the Integration in Teamtailor

Once your API access is approved and you’ve received the Webhook URL:

1. In Teamtailor, go to the Marketplace, find Vervoe, and click Go to Settings.
2. Enter the API Key and API Secret (found in Vervoe—see next step).
3. Click Update to finalise the setup.

 

 

Step 3 – Locate API Credentials in Vervoe

To get your API credentials:

1. Log into Vervoe, go to Settings > Integrations.
2. Select Vervoe API from the left panel.
3. Toggle on Enable Vervoe API Integration.
4. Paste the Webhook URL from Teamtailor into the field provided.
5. Copy your API Key and Secret Key, then return to Teamtailor to complete the integration.

✅ Once complete, your integration is ready to use.

 

 

Adding Vervoe to a Job in Teamtailor

To send a Vervoe assessment as part of a hiring stage:

1. Go to the relevant Job in Teamtailor.
2. Click the three-dot menu next to the stage where the assessment should be sent.
3. Select Triggers > Send Vervoe Assessment.
4. Choose the assessment you'd like to use (only active assessments will be visible).
5. Confirm your selection to finalise the trigger.

💡 You can also set rules to automatically move candidates above/below a certain score to the next stage.

Inviting Candidates

To trigger an assessment:

• Simply move the candidate into the stage that contains the Vervoe trigger.
• The assessment will be sent instantly, and the status on the candidate card will update to Pending.

Viewing Candidate Scores

Assessment results will be displayed on the candidate’s card:

• View the overall score and click Assessment Details to see the full report.
• An icon on the candidate card indicates that a Vervoe assessment was completed and a score has been received.

🔍 Note: Scores will not be shown on the main job dashboard but are visible within the candidate card itself.

Automating Candidate Progression

If you'd like to automatically progress candidates based on their Vervoe score:

• Use the automation rules available in the trigger setup.
• For example, move candidates scoring above 80% to the next stage.
