Manage your candidate workflow and predict job performance—all from your ATS—with Vervoe’s integration with Lever.
Step 1: Enable the Integration
To get started:
- In Vervoe, navigate to Integrations > Lever
- Toggle on Enable Lever Integration, then click Authorise
- A new window will open where you can log in to your Lever account and accept the access request
- After authorising, copy the Candidate Stage Change Webhook link that appears in Vervoe
Next, in Lever:
- Go to Settings > Integrations and API > Webhooks
- Scroll to Candidate Stage Change
- Toggle it on and paste the webhook URL
💡 This webhook allows Vervoe to send assessment invitations and results based on candidate stage changes.
Step 2: Map Assessments to Lever Stages
Once connected, you can map your Vervoe assessments to the different stages of your job postings in Lever.
- On the Vervoe Lever Integration page, you'll see a list of active Lever postings
- Click the Edit button next to a posting
- Select a Vervoe assessment from the dropdown to assign it to a Lever stage
- Repeat this for each stage where you'd like to use a Vervoe assessment
💡 You can update or remove mappings at any time by returning to the integration page and clicking Edit.
Step 3: Invite Candidates
Once your assessment is mapped to a stage:
- Move a candidate to the mapped stage (e.g. “Vervoe” or another customised stage)
- Vervoe will automatically send the candidate an invitation to complete the assessment
Step 4: Review Assessment Results
Once the assessment is completed:
- The candidate's overall score will be sent back to Lever as a tag
- Tags appear as score ranges:
0–25%
,25–50%
,50–75%
,75–100%
- A note will be added to the candidate profile with a link to their full Vervoe report card
💡 You can filter candidates by score using tags. For best results, filter by the assessment name and 75–100%
to quickly identify top performers.
