Using the PageUp Integration with Vervoe
The PageUp integration allows you to manage Vervoe assessments directly within PageUp, simplifying your hiring process. Since PageUp offers a high level of customisation, we recommend contacting both your Vervoe Account Manager and PageUp Account Manager to get started.
✅ What You Can Do in PageUp
Once the integration is active, you’ll be able to:
- 📩 Invite candidates to complete a Vervoe assessment
- 📊 View real-time assessment results
- ✍️ Grade candidate responses directly in PageUp
- 📤 Export candidates from Vervoe with their PageUp Candidate ID, Job ID, and Application ID
- 📂 Access your Vervoe assessments directly in PageUp
🔧 Enabling the Integration
- In Vervoe, click your initials (top right) > Integrations
- Select PageUp from the left-hand menu
- Paste your PageUp Client ID and Secret (you may need to request these from your PageUp Account Manager)
- Toggle the switch to enable the integration
- Follow the prompts to complete setup
✅ You’re all set in Vervoe! Please contact PageUp to finalise the configuration on their end.
🔗 Connecting Your Assessments
Each assessment must be linked individually in PageUp using the Vervoe assessment slug (the last part of the assessment URL) as the package code.
⚙️ Configuring Emails, Deadlines & Workflows
All candidate communications, deadlines, and automation (e.g. auto-invite) are managed within PageUp. Work with your PageUp Account Manager to configure this setup.
💡 Tip: Set a reminder email 2 days before the deadline to help boost completions, and enable recruiter notifications for completed assessments.
👤 Candidate Experience & Results
Candidates invited via PageUp will log in to their applicant account to submit their application and resume. From there, they’ll be able to complete the linked Vervoe assessment.
Once the candidate completes the assessment, the following details are synced back into PageUp:
- Overall Score
- Completion Timeframe
- A direct link to view responses or assign a grade in Vervoe
⚠️ What Not to Do in Vervoe (Post-Integration)
Once the integration is active, all candidate management should take place in PageUp only. Taking certain actions in Vervoe can disrupt the sync between systems.
Avoid performing the following in Vervoe:
- Progressing or rejecting candidates
- Sending messages to candidates
- Extending deadlines
- Adding candidates to other jobs
- Renaming jobs or updating URLs
🛠 Tasks You’ll Still Complete in Vervoe
While PageUp becomes your main hub for candidate management, Vervoe is still used for:
- Creating new assessments (from scratch or using the assessment library)
- Editing assessments (avoid editing active ones—duplicate, edit, and reconnect the updated version)
- Accessing insights like CSAT, score distribution, drop-off and completion rates
- Using AI grading tools for blind scoring and question optimisation (outside of PageUp’s candidate cards)
📌 Final Reminders
- Do not rename jobs or change URLs in Vervoe — job names are synced from PageUp and must remain unchanged.
- Perform all candidate management actions via PageUp ⚠️ What Not to Do in Vervoe (Post-Integration)
- Only disable jobs in Vervoe once they’ve been officially closed in PageUp
- Manage assessment deadlines and expiry only in PageUp
- All candidate-facing emails — including assessment invites and reminders — are sent via PageUp
