Vervoe integrates with hundreds of popular apps through Zapier, making it easy to automate tasks between Vervoe and other platforms like Slack, Google Sheets, Trello, and more.
You can access Zapier integration details by clicking your Vervoe account icon and selecting Integrations > Zapier.
Step 1: Sign in to Zapier
If you don’t have a Zapier account, you can sign up for free here.
Step 2: Start a New Zap
Click Make a Zap in Zapier to begin.
Search for Vervoe in the "Trigger" app search bar and select it.
Step 3: Choose a Trigger
Zapier will show you a list of available Vervoe triggers (e.g. "New Completed Assessment").
Choose the one you'd like to use, then click Continue.
Step 4: Connect Your Vervoe Account
When prompted, sign in to your Vervoe account.
You’ll be asked to provide your API Key. You can find this in Vervoe by clicking your account icon and going to Integrations > Zapier.
Paste the key into the Zapier pop-up and click Yes, Continue.
Once connected, your Vervoe account will appear in Zapier.
Step 5: Set Up and Test Your Trigger
After connecting your account, you’ll be asked to select the specific assessment you want to use.
Click Continue, then test your trigger to ensure it's working correctly.
Step 6: Choose an Action App
Next, select the app you want Vervoe to connect to—for example:

Send a Slack message when someone completes an assessment

Add a row to a Google Sheet

Create a task in Trello
Search and select your app, then choose the relevant Action Event (e.g. "Send Channel Message").
Step 7: Connect and Customise
If prompted, connect your other app (e.g. Slack or Google account).
Follow the steps to customise the action (e.g. format the message or data).
Once set up, test the Zap to make sure it works as expected.
Step 8: Turn On Your Zap
If everything looks good, click Turn on Zap to activate your integration.
