If your video is taking a long time to upload or isn't uploading at all, there are a few common causes worth checking.
1. Check your internet connection
A slow or unstable connection is the most common cause of upload issues. Try switching between Wi-Fi and a mobile hotspot to see if that improves the speed.
2. Check your file size
Longer videos — particularly those over 2 minutes — can take more time to upload and process. Where possible, keep your recording brief and to the point.
3. Try a different recording method
If you're recording directly on the platform and experiencing issues, try recording the video on your phone first and then uploading the file instead.
