If you're unable to start your assessment, it likely means the deadline has passed and your access has expired. However, if the employer is still accepting submissions, you may see the option to request a time extension.
How to Request a Time Extension
- Log into your account and navigate to the expired assessment.
- Click on "Request time extension".
- Choose the most relevant reason for your request or write your own.
No Option to Start or Request More Time?
If you're viewing the online assessment page and don’t see an option to start the assessment or request more time, the employer has likely closed the role and is no longer accepting applications.
Unfortunately, once an assessment has been closed by the employer, it cannot be accessed or submitted.
What Happens Next?
Granting an extension is up to the employer, and it may take a few days for them to get back to you. If you haven’t heard anything, we recommend following up with them directly.
