Automatically Progress or Reject Candidates Based on Assessment Scores
Streamline your hiring process by automatically progressing or rejecting candidates based on their scores from auto-graded assessments.
1. What Is an Auto-Graded Assessment?
Auto-graded assessments automatically score candidate responses based on pre-set correct answers. They’re ideal for quickly screening candidates against specific criteria or skill areas.
To enable auto progress or reject features, your assessment must contain only auto-graded question types.
Auto-Graded Question Types
Only the following question types are eligible:
- Multiple Choice
- Number
- Typing Test
- CS Simulation
- Excel Auto-Graded
- Spreadsheet Auto-Graded
- Info Section (not scored, but permitted)
- Questions marked as “Do not grade”
⚠️ If your assessment includes any questions that require AI grading or manual review, auto progress and reject options will not be available.
2. Creating an Auto-Graded Assessment
Steps to Set Up:
-
Navigate to the “Create New Assessment” tab.
