When a Vervoe assessment is submitted, an on-screen confirmation is displayed and a follow-up email is sent. This article explains what each of these looks like and what they contain.
The 'Successfully Submitted' confirmation screen
Immediately after an assessment is submitted, a confirmation screen is displayed. This screen includes:
- A Successfully Submitted message confirming the assessment has been received.
- Company Name has received your response.
- The date and time the submission was received (e.g. April 8th 2026 at 8:33am AEST).
The 'Back to dashboard' button
Selecting Back to dashboard returns to the welcome email view. This page displays a summary of the assessment status, including a banner confirming the submission has been received.
This view includes:
- The original invitation email from the employer.
- A confirmation banner showing Assessment Successfully Submitted.
- The date and time the assessment was received.
What happens next?
Once an assessment is submitted, it is reviewed by the hiring team. Vervoe does not set timelines for employer review. For questions about next steps in an application, contact the employer or recruiter who sent the assessment invitation directly.
Are confirmation emails sent?
No, confirmation emails are not sent by Vervoe. Confirmation of submission is able to be viewed on the screen and when a candidate returns to the invite email, which will display the date and time of submission.
