Efficiently take batch actions involving multiple candidates, saving you time and streamlining your recruitment process.
Bulk Candidate Card Actions
Bulk actions allow you to perform tasks on multiple candidates at once, making it quicker to manage your candidate pool.
Getting Started
- Navigate to your assessment and go to the Select (or Invite) tab, depending on the candidate status.
- Click the selection box to select all candidates on the page. Note that you can only select up to 24 candidates at a time to perform any bulk action.
Manually Selecting Candidates
Alternatively, you can manually select individual candidates you want to take action on.
Bulk Action Bar
Once you select candidates, the Bulk Action bar will appear at the top of your candidate list. The options available include:
- Message
- Reject
- Extend skills assessment
- Mark hire
Rejection Emails
Rejection emails will be sent automatically once a candidate is rejected. If you prefer not to send these emails, you can disable them by removing the selection in your candidate experience settings.
Confirming Your Action
After selecting a bulk action, a pop-up box will appear to confirm the action. Ensure that you read the confirmation message carefully to verify the number of candidates you’ve selected.
Important: Once a bulk action is confirmed, it cannot be undone.
Handling Larger Candidate Pools
If your assessment includes more than 100 candidates, you will only be able to select the first 100 for bulk actions. After completing the first batch, you can proceed with the remaining candidates in further bulk actions.
Bulk Messaging
When you need to contact multiple candidates at once, bulk messaging offers a simple solution. Here’s how it works:
- Selecting Candidates to Message
Once you select the candidates, a messaging window will pop up where you can add a custom message. - Customised Messaging
In the messaging window, you’ll be able to compose and send tailored messages to your selected candidates. This feature helps ensure that your communication is quick and consistent across all candidates.
This feature is available exclusively to Pro and Enterprise plan users, offering a convenient and efficient way to manage your recruitment process at scale.
