At Vervoe, we provide an efficient and collaborative way to share candidate information with stakeholders—such as Hiring Managers—who don’t have direct platform access. Candidate cards offer deep insights into skills, attributes, and responses, helping streamline the recruitment process.
Note: Candidate sharing is available for customers on custom plans. Employers using Vervoe via an ATS also have access to the candidate integration card, enabling bulk candidate selection and sharing directly from the Select page.
What They Can See in a Candidate Card
When sharing a candidate, recipients can access:
- Tags & Comments — View any tags or comments associated with the candidate.
- Score Breakdown & Benchmarking — Detailed individual scores and how they compare.
- Assessment Summary — Highlights of strengths and areas for improvement, with examples from the assessment. If the candidate scored 100%, the improvement column will be blank; if 20% or below, the strengths column will be blank.

Suggested Follow-Up Interview Questions — Targeted questions designed to help hiring managers probe deeper into specific skills or concerns based on assessment responses. These are grouped into:

- Assessment Questions & Responses — Review full candidate answers to all assessment questions.
- Grading (if enabled) — Recipients can manually grade the candidate, overriding the original AI grade.

How to Share Candidates from the Select Page
Sharing candidates is simple and can be done in bulk or individually:
Bulk Sharing
- Select one or multiple candidates from the Select page.
- Click the Share option at the top of the page.
- Choose your sharing options and send.
Individual Sharing
- Go to the Candidates tab and select a candidate.
- Choose which assessment(s) to share when prompted.
Sharing Settings
When sharing candidates, you can customise the experience for your recipients by:
- Allowing recipients to comment and score candidates.
- Hiding candidate names to ensure anonymity.
- Selecting which assessments to share (one or multiple).
Sharing Multiple Candidates
When sharing multiple candidates, recipients land on the Comparison View, which provides:
- A quick side-by-side overview of scores and score breakdowns for each candidate, making it easy to identify strengths and weaknesses across the group.
- The ability to click on a candidate’s name to open their individual candidate card for detailed insights, including:

Sharing a candidate card via an integration - Download Candidate Data
If you are using Vervoe through an integration with an ATS, you can download individual candidate cards via a CSV.
Access & Permissions
- Available to both logged-in and anonymous users.
- No dependency on the CSV_EXPORT feature — all users can download the file.
- Download limited to per-candidate, per-assessment basis.
If a candidate is locked, their data will appear as empty cells.
The file will be exported with the following format:
Filename format: Candidate_Name–Assessment_Name–YYYY-MM-DD
(Date format follows app convention, e.g. Hired-candidates-2022-03-29)
File content mirrors data from the Select Page CSV export.
