Once candidates complete an assessment, you’ll see a Candidate Card for each applicant. This provides a snapshot of performance and helps you quickly identify top talent based on the skills that matter most for the role.
Reviewing a Candidate Card
Click a candidate’s name under the Select tab to open their report card. Multiple cards can be opened simultaneously. The report card is organised into several stages for easier review.
Candidate Info & Actions
At the top, you’ll find the candidate’s name, email, assessment status, and source. From here, you can:
- Hire: Mark as hired and add hiring manager details.
- Reject: Move to a final unsuccessful stage; optionally trigger an email.
- Shortlist: Save candidates for later comparison.
- Archive: Remove candidates in final stages (Hired/Rejected) to focus on active candidates.
Team Scores & Ranking
The report card displays:
-
Team Score: Average of manual scores from your team.
-
Rank: Overall performance relative to other candidates.
This section helps quickly benchmark candidates within your pool.
Summary
The Summary highlights strengths and areas for improvement, using examples from responses. Potential Follow-up Interview Questions are provided, including:
- Skill-Specific: “You demonstrated strong analytical skills. Could you describe a time you solved a complex problem?”
- Red Flag: “You struggled with time management. How do you prioritise tasks?”
- Cheating Detection: “Your technical response was detailed; walk us through your thought process step-by-step.”
Insights only appear after candidates are scored (AI or manual).
Potential Follow-Up Interview Questions:
This section provides follow-up interview question suggestions based on the candidate's responses to questions in the assessment. This will suggest delving deeper into the skills they showed a need for improvement on or questions that lacked depth. All interview questions will be different for each candidate, depending on how they performed in the assessments and the depth of answers to each question.
Skills & Achievements
Each skill assessed (e.g., Communication, Attention to Detail) is broken down individually. Performance is displayed with coloured score bars:
- Green (80–100%) – Strong
- Orange (40–79%) – Moderate
- Red (0–39%) – Low
Achievements highlight top and low performers for skills against the cohort being assessed.
Candidate Answers & Grading
You can review every question and answer in detail. Manual grading is available even if grading has already been done via the Optimise section. Click Grade Answers to assign scores (0–10); the overall score recalculates automatically.
The exact score for each question will only be shown on the candidate if it has been manually graded. If the AI has graded the question, it will show you the range of score that it has allocated.
Tags
Candidates can be organised with tags (up to 20 per candidate). If you see tags on a candidate card, this has been set by your recruitment team and may indicate next steps, location or achievements.
Candidate Satisfaction Rating
Feedback provided and rating provided by candidates on their assessment experience.
Status History
The Status History provides a timestamped log of each update, tracking progress from assessment completion to final decision.
