Candidate Overview on the Select Tab
Each candidate row gives a quick snapshot of performance. Rank shows overall performance, with ties broken by faster completion times.
Scores, Badges & Trophies highlight top performers: the top 5% receive a Top Performer Badge, and the top three for each skill earn trophies (up to nine for three skills).
Team Score shows the average of manual scores. Shortlist saves preferred candidates, Comments hold internal notes, and up to 20 tags can be used for filtering.
Note: Auto-graded questions do not display an AI score.

- Extend: Give the candidate extra time to complete or finalise their assessment.
- Send Candidate Feedback: Share assessment results via email (configurable in settings).

Example: If you have another role become available that doesn't require a particular skill, you can rerank your already assessed candidates with relevant skills only, rather than starting from scratch. Great option for talent pooling.
Compare Candidates
The Compare feature is available in the Shortlist tab and allows side-by-side review of shortlisted candidates’ scores and responses. Shortlist candidates, click Compare on each candidate you would like to compare.

Marking Candidates as "Hired"
Once you’ve hired a candidate, you can mark them as "Hired" within Vervoe using two methods:
-
From the Select Stage:
When viewing the list of candidates in the Select stage, you can mark them as hired from their report card or via the hover card. -
Deactivating the Assessment:
If you deactivate the assessment and haven’t marked a candidate as hired, the system will prompt you to do so.
Once marked as hired, the candidate will receive a Hired badge and can be filtered under "Hired" in the "All Candidates" tab.
Tracking Post-Hire Performance
Now that you've marked your candidates as hired, you can track their performance with Vervoe's new post-hire features. These tools allow you to gather feedback from hiring managers, manage hire status, and gain insights on how well your new hires are performing.
