Updating Permissions for Existing Team Members
You can change a team member’s role or assessment access at any time, but please note:
-
If a user has subscribed to an assessment (e.g. to receive notifications), they will retain Editor access to that assessment—even if their account role has changed. You can remove or adjust their access via Manage Team within the assessment.
-
If the team member created the assessment, their access cannot be removed—even after a role downgrade.
Resending or Cancelling Invitations
If an invited team member hasn’t accepted their invitation, or no longer needs access:
-
Go to Team Settings via your profile dropdown.
-
Locate the pending invite and choose to resend or cancel.
Permission Tips & Considerations
-
Users subscribed to notifications for a specific assessment will retain Editor access, even if their account role is downgraded.
-
The creator of an assessment will always retain access, regardless of their current account role.
