You can now enhance your Vervoe account security with multi-factor authentication (MFA). Our multi-step login process goes beyond a mere password entry, prioritizing your safety by requiring additional verification. In addition to your password, users are prompted to enter a unique code sent to their registered email, adding an extra layer of protection to your valuable account.
To enable MFA login to your company account, go to your Teams page in Vervoe.
Under "Security Settings" on the top left, toggle the radio dial to the right to enable.
The setting can only be enabled or disabled by an Admin or Owner. All team members must use Multi-Factor Authentication to log in when this setting is enabled.
Once this setting is enabled, all team members must use Multi-Factor Authentication to log in.

After entering your email and password in the login screen, you will be directed to the verification screen. A 6-digit code will be emailed to your inbox. You must copy that code and enter it in the verification screen as shown below.
Please note that the code will expire after 5 minutes.
Once you enter the code, click Verify to log into your account.
If you enter the code after 5 minutes have passed, you will receive this error and a prompt to resend a new code.
