Keep Your Vervoe Account Secure with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) adds an extra layer of security to your Vervoe account by requiring more than just a password to log in. When enabled, users must enter a unique 6-digit code sent to their registered email in addition to their password—helping protect your account from unauthorised access.
How to Enable MFA
To enable MFA for your organisation:
-
Log into your Vervoe company account.
-
Navigate to the Teams page.
-
Under Security Settings (top left), toggle MFA on.
Only Admins and Owners can enable or disable this setting.
Once enabled, all team members will be required to use MFA to access their accounts.
Please note that the code will expire after 5 minutes.
