Account Insights gives you a clear view of how your recruitment activity is tracking across your entire Vervoe account. With all key metrics in one place, it helps you monitor performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
Where to Find Account Insights
You can access Account Insights from the top navigation bar on your dashboard.
From here, you can:
- Filter by time period (7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 12 months, or a custom range up to 12 months)
- Filter by assessment (note: this resets when you share the report externally)
- Share insights via a link, valid for 14 days
What You’ll See in Account Insights
Active Users
What is it?
The number of unique users active in your account during the selected time frame.
What does it tell you?
Indicates how engaged your team is with the platform.
What should you do with it?
If activity is low, check that team members have access and understand how to use the platform.
Custom Assessment Credits
What is it?
Remaining credits for bespoke assessments (Enterprise customers only).
What does it tell you?
Shows how many custom credits are left before a top-up is needed.
What should you do with it?
Track credit usage and speak with your Account Manager before you run low.
Roles Assessed
What is it?
The number of open assessments with at least one candidate completion in the selected period.
What does it tell you?
Shows how many roles are actively being assessed.
What should you do with it?
Use this to track hiring activity across teams or departments.
Candidates Processed
What is it?
The number of candidates who completed assessments, compared with the previous time period.
What does it tell you?
Reveals fluctuations in candidate volume over time.
What should you do with it?
Investigate any sudden drops or spikes to understand changes in sourcing, attraction, or engagement.
Time Saved
What is it?
Estimated hours saved by using Vervoe assessments, based on completion time.
What does it tell you?
Quantifies efficiency gains in your hiring process.

Candidate CSAT Score
What is it?
The average Candidate Satisfaction score collected from post-assessment surveys.
What does it tell you?
Indicates how candidates feel about the assessment experience.

Skills Breakdown
What is it?
A list of top skills assessed across all assessments, with median scores.
