Company Account Insights Overview

The Account Insights tab provides a comprehensive overview of key metrics within your Vervoe account, offering a detailed yet flexible analysis of your recruitment efforts. All data is displayed on one page, with the ability to filter by assessment and time period (up to a year). This enables you to track performance over different periods, from the last 7 days to the past year or a custom time range within a 12-month period.

The insights page can be shared externally or with internal stakeholders via a shareable link, which remains active for 14 days. This link reflects the selected time period but is limited to showing data for all assessments (the assessment filter is reset when shared).

What Data Is Shown?

• Active Users: The number of active users within your account during the specified time period.

• Custom Assessment Credits: The remaining number of bespoke assessment credits (relevant to Enterprise customers using custom assessments).

• Roles Assessed: The number of active and open assessments with at least one completion within the selected date range.

• Candidates Processed: The number of candidates who have completed assessments in the selected time period, with comparisons to the previous date range (e.g., this month vs. last month).

• Time Saved: The number of hours saved by using Vervoe assessments, based on average candidate completion times. This is compared to the same period in the previous date range (e.g., 7 days vs. 7 days).

• Candidate CSAT Score: The average Candidate Satisfaction (CSAT) score, reflecting feedback from candidates about their assessment experience. This is compared to the same previous date range.

• Skills Breakdown: The most commonly assessed skills across all assessments, with median scores for each skill, providing insights into areas of strength or potential improvement.

• Hire Data: Hiring insights and feedback from hiring managers, collected via the Closing the Loop survey, which helps gauge the effectiveness of the hiring process.

• Assessments Table: A funnel view that shows successful and unsuccessful completions for each assessment, providing insights into completion rates.

• Candidate Completions Chart: Tracks the total number of candidate completions, highlighting trends in peak and low activity days, helping you understand assessment activity patterns

• Score Distribution Graph: Provides a visual representation of your assessments' score distribution, helping to gauge the overall effectiveness and health of your assessments.

• EEOC Distribution Chart: Displays the distribution of candidates based on Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) categories, offering valuable diversity insights.
