Vervoe is a hiring platform that helps employers assess candidates based on real job-related tasks, rather than resumes. Our goal is to give every candidate a fair opportunity to showcase their skills, regardless of background.

Here's How It Works:
What the AI Looks At
The AI focuses on the content of your responses:
- What you wrote or said in each answer.
- How well your answer aligns with the task or skill being assessed.
- How you got to your answer.
For Audio/Video Responses
- If your assessment includes audio or video questions, the AI only reviews the transcript of your response.
- It does not assess your facial expressions, voice tone, accent, or any other personal attributes.
- Your video and audio are transcribed and provided to the employer, along with the recording.
No Personal Information
Vervoe’s AI does not have access to:
- Your age, gender, race, or ethnicity
- Your educational background or work experience
The AI is focused purely on how well you perform in the assessment.
Does AI Make the Hiring Decision?
No, the AI does not make the final decision. Its role is to provide a consistent and unbiased score based on your responses. The employer always makes the final decision.
