Signing up to a plan
To continue enjoying the different features Vervoe has to offer, you will need to subscribe to one of our paid plans. To select your plan and submit payment please folllow these steps:
- Navigate to the icon on the right side of your screen. From there, you will select "Current Plan and Billing Details", from the drop down menu.
2. Select the Candidate Pack that you would like to subscribe to. Once you have selected your Candidate Pack, the features included in that plan will display under the plan name.
3. Once you select the plan and payment cadence that you want, select "Buy Now". The payment screen will appear. You can then input your credit card information and confirm your total.
If you have a coupon, you can select "+Coupon Code", enter the code and click Validate.
5\4. When you have confirmed your total and credit card information, select "Proceed". Your payment will be processed and a confirmation will appear onscreen.
Your invoice will appear in your billing section.
Updating your credit card details
You can update your credit card payment method under the Billing tab. Under your current credit card details, select "Update your credit card".
A new window will appear that allows you to enter your new credit card details. Once you save your new card, your old credit card details will be replaced with your new information.
Cancelling your plan
Please note all plans renew automatically, unless you have purchased a Candidate Pack. If you have purchased a candidate pack, your plan will be active until you have used the number of completions that you have purchased. These do not run out.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, your subscription will terminate at the end of the next billing cycle and you will not be refunded for the remaining days of your subscription.
