Welcome to Vervoe! Whether you're transitioning from a free trial or looking to update your subscription, this guide will walk you through how to sign up, update payment details, and manage your plan effectively. We aim to make the process as seamless as possible, ensuring you continue to enjoy all the features Vervoe has to offer.
Signing up for a Plan
To continue using Vervoe’s features after your trial, you’ll need to subscribe to one of our paid plans. Here’s how you can sign up:
Go to the Billing Section
Navigate to the icon on the top-right of your screen. From the dropdown menu, select "Current Plan and Billing Details."
Choose Your Plan
Select the Candidate Pack that best fits your needs. The features included in your chosen plan will be displayed under the plan name.
Confirm Your Plan and Payment
Once you've selected your plan and payment schedule, click "Buy Now." The payment screen will appear where you can enter your credit card information and confirm your total.
If you have a coupon, click "+ Coupon Code," enter your code, and click Validate to apply the discount.
Complete Your Payment
After reviewing your details and confirming the total, click "Proceed" to complete the payment. A confirmation message will appear, and the invoice will be available in your billing section.
Updating Your Credit Card Details
To update your payment method:
- Go to the Billing tab.
- Under your current card details, click "Update your credit card."
- Enter your new credit card information and click Save. Your new card will replace the old one.
Cancelling Your Plan
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Here’s what you need to know:
- Automatic Renewal: All plans renew automatically unless you have a Candidate Pack. For Candidate Packs, your plan remains active until you've used the purchased completions, and the pack will not expire.
- Cancellation: If you cancel, your subscription will end at the end of the next billing cycle. Please note that no refund will be given for the remaining days of your subscription.
