Company Settings
Once you've created your account, customising your company details and branding helps create a more personalised experience on the Vervoe platform. To get started, click your profile icon and select Company Account from the dropdown menu.
In the Company Account section, you can add key details including:

Company Name
-
Headquarters Location
-
Website Address
-
Time Zone
-
Company Background (About Us)
You can also choose the language candidates will see assessment details in and manage Candidate Tags from this page.
Adding Your Company Logo
Your company logo helps create a branded and consistent experience for candidates. To upload it:

Go to Company Settings

Click Browse under the drag & drop logo upload section

Choose a logo with a transparent or white background , and a minimum size of 100x100px. It is best to upload a jpeg or png file.
Tip: When you upload your logo, the platform will automatically select its dominant colour as your brand colour. You can manually update this to match your exact brand colour using a specific HTML colour code.
This colour will be used on candidate welcome pages and in emails.
Updating Your Company URL
You can update the company URL candidates see by clicking the blue Change button next to your current URL.
⚠️ Important: Avoid updating your URL while any assessments are active. Doing so will break all existing assessment links.
Note: The company URL is only a part of your full assessment application link. To share a specific assessment or generate unique links, read this article.
Candidate Display Language
The candidate app supports English and Spanish. By default, it’s set to English.
To switch to Spanish:

Click the profile icon and select Company Account

Scroll to Candidate Display Language

Select Spanish from the dropdown

Click Update Settings
This change applies to all candidate-facing platform elements, including emails, buttons, and instructions.
It does not translate your custom assessment content—you'll need to write questions in your preferred language.
Managing Candidate Tags
Candidate tags help you organise and track candidates. To manage tags:

Click the profile icon > Company Account

Scroll to the bottom of the page

Create new tags, or rename/delete existing ones (up to 20 allowed)
Each tag must be between 1–150 characters.
