- Define your pilot scope (e.g., roles, teams, timelines)
- Set clear goals: e.g., reduce time to hire, increase quality, improve candidate experience - if you're an Enterprise customer, this will be discussed with our Implementation team.

2. EDUCATE

- Run training for your Talent Acquisition team (how to manage assessments, review results) - for Enterprise customers, this will be conducted with our Implementation Team.

- Clarify expectations for candidate communication
