There Isn't an Option to Start or Request More Time
Requesting a Time Extension
If you do not have the option to start your assessment, then your assessment has expired. If the employer is still accepting applications, you will have the ability to request more time to complete it.
Once you select "Request time extension" in your account, the employer will receive a notification alerting them of your request. If the employer decides to grant you additional time to complete the assessment, you will receive an email notifying you of your new deadline.
Please note that it is the employer's decision to grant an extension request and it may take them a few days to respond.
There Isn't an Option to Start or Request More Time
If you are viewing the online assessment page and do not have the option to start or request a time extension, the employer has closed the job and is no longer accepting applications. Unfortunately, once an employer has closed the assessment, you are unable to access and submit it.
