Candidate tagging allows you to create up to 20 unique tags in your account, with the text of your choosing, that can be assigned to candidates to help keep track of their progress during the hiring and selection process.
Candidate Tagging
To utilize this feature, navigate to the Select tab of your assessment and select the tag icon corresponding with the candidate's name.
Once you click on the tag icon, you will have the option to create a new tag to identify the candidate. You can use tags to indicate where candidates are in your recruiting process or even which recruiter is managing a particular candidate.
When you create a new tag it will be added to your list of available tags and automatically added to that candidate. You can click the "+" next to any additional tags that you want to add to that candidate.
After tagging candidates, you can filter your results by tag through the "All Candidates" drop-down. If you only want to view candidates that have a certain tag, check the corresponding box to update your results display.
Note: Candidate tags are added at the assessment level. Tags added to a candidate in one assessment will not be shown in other assessments.
Managing Candidate Tags
Candidate tags can be managed in your company account settings. Navigate to the settings icon in the top right corner of your dashboard and from the dropdown choose "Company Account". At the bottom of the company account page, you have the option to create new tags and rename or delete existing tags. You can have up to 20 tags in your account.
Tag names must have a minimum of 1 character and a max of 150 characters.
