In order to record an audio or video response, you will need to allow your web browser access to your device's camera.
You can turn on this access in your device's system settings. To update your macOS (e.g. Macbook) Camera or Microphone settings follow these instructions:

On your Mac, choose Apple menu
> System Preferences, click Security & Privacy, then click Privacy. -
Select Camera or Microphone.

Select the checkbox next to your web browser and allow it to access your camera.
If you are using a mobile device, these settings will be turned on by default.
For optimal performance, we recommend using a desktop device with a Google Chrome browser.
