Many users have a step in their recruitment process that requires sharing candidate data to hiring managers that may not be on the Vervoe platform. However, there's no need to fret - for users on a Growth or Enterprise plan, Vervoe Candidate Cards can be shared to stakeholders offline, individually, and now in bulk! Feel free to continue reading to learn how to complete each step.
Sharing Individual Candidate Cards
If you would like to share an individual candidate card with a guest that is not on your account, you can create a public link to share. First, open the candidate card that you would like to share. Then, Click on the Share Candidate button located on the right side of the report card. Select "Copy Link" to add the shareable link to your clipboard.
Candidates can also be shared from the All Candidates tab. If the candidate has completed multiple assessments, an inline prompt will enable you to select which assessment/s you wish to share.
This prompt is also available on the candidate report card when selecting individual candidates to share.
If one candidate is being shared, the updated card view will now specify which assessment is being shared:
If one candidate has multiple assessments that have been shared, the receiver can view each report card individually from the drop down:
Additional Sharing Options
Along with the ability to choose multiple assessments, these additional sharing options will be listed as well:
The receiver will be able to see any tags and comments associated with the candidate, their individual score breakdown, and benchmarking for the assessment plus their achievements. They’ll also be able to see all questions and responses and have the ability to grade (if that has been enabled).
When guest scoring is enabled, the candidate card that is shared with team members allows the guest to "Score Responses" and leave comments.
After the guest contributor has saved their scores and comments, you will be able to view them once you open the candidate card.
The guest's score will be averaged into the team score and their comments will appear in the "Notes and Comments" section of the candidate's report card.
Sharing Candidate Cards in Bulk
Employers can now bulk select all the candidates they wish to share from the "Select" page.
If multiple candidates have been shared, the receiver will first land on the "compare" view for the candidates. This enables them to compare the scores and breakdowns quickly so they can see where their strengths and weaknesses are.
