Currently, the option for candidates to complete profile information only appears on the candidate's dashboard once they have submitted an assessment.
This feature was intentionally designed to encourage allowing all candidates to have the opportunity to demonstrate their skills.
Since candidates feel motivated after they complete the assessment, they typically want to fill out the profile information and look at this step as a way to increase their chances of getting noticed by the employer.
