We're sorry to hear you are having trouble with recording your video/audio! Here are a few tips to consider:
- We recommend using a Google Chrome browser to take your skills assessment. You can download Google Chrome here for a desktop/laptop device or search your phone's app store for "Google Chrome".
- Please ensure after clicking the "Record Video" button, that you then click the blue "Record" button on the bottom right corner of the screen.
- If you have checked that your webcam is in working order, please ensure that you have given the Vervoe site permission to access your camera.
- If you are still experiencing issues try clearing your browser cache and history. You can learn how to do this here. Make sure to close all the tabs in the browser after you clear cache and then reopen your browser and log back in. You can also use an incognito window to log in instead of clearing your browser cache.
