The Account Insights Data provides an overview of the data in your account overall. Before reviewing the data, ensure you have set the correct time period for the information that you'd like to look for
You can review:
- the last 7 days
- the last 30 days
- the last year
- or set a specific time period within a 12 month range
The data in the Insights tab will change depending on the time range you have selected.
What does the data show?
Active Users:
The number of active users that are in your account within the specified time period
Custom Assessment Credits
Predominantly used by Vervoe's Enterprise Customers that have an option of bespoke assessments. How many of these are left.
Roles Assessed:
How many active and open assessments have been used, with completions, in the date range.
Candidates Processed:
How many candidates have completed an assessment in the account within the date range, compared to the previous date range. For example, if the date range is set to one month, this data will compare to the previous one month.
Time Saved:
This is calculated on the average time it takes for candidates to complete an assessment in your account and the number of candidates who have completed an assessment, within the date range. This compares the time saved vs. the same previous date range e.g. 7 days vs, 7 days.
Candidate CSAT Score:
Candidate's feedback for the assessment and assessment process once they have submitted their assessments. This is scored out of 5. For more information on CSAT, read here.
