The CSAT Score (Candidate Satisfaction Score) is a rating out of 5 that candidates provide as feedback after completing an assessment. Once they submit their assessment, candidates are prompted to rate their experience on a scale of 1 to 5, with the option to leave additional comments.
Monitoring both assessment-specific and overall account CSAT scores provides valuable insights into your candidates’ experiences. This data helps ensure candidates have a positive interaction with your assessments and allows you to address areas for improvement.
How to view CSAT:
You can review candidate CSAT scores in two ways.
1. In the Account Insights Tab
The Account Insights tab displays the overall CSAT score, aggregating feedback from all assessments within the selected time frame. This gives you a comprehensive view of how candidates have rated their experiences across all assessments.
Here you will find:
- Average CSAT score out of 5 represented by a pie graph - overall account CSAT
- Candidate name and comments (if applicable)
- Candidate score out of 5
- The assessment the candidate completed.
2. Review CSAT in each assessment
CSAT score can also be reviewed under each assessment by the assessment insights tab.
The CSAT Score will display on the right hand side of the screen:
Clicking on the number of completed CSAT scores will open a detailed view where you can review individual comments. From there, you can filter by score or review all feedback at once for a comprehensive overview.
What is a good CSAT Score?
Vervoe's platform average is 4.5 out of 5, which is a very positive score. You should be aiming for anything about 4 out of 5. If your assessment is below 4, review the comments from the candidate's as they usually provide good insight into why the score is lower than desired and make necessary changes to your assessment.
