What does the Account Insights tab show?
Account-level insights combine different metrics on one page. The data can be filtered by assessment and time period (a year is the maximum allowed period for selection).
Account Insights page can be shared publicly or with internal stakeholders. The shared link expires in 14 days. The shared page reflects the filtered time period but works only for all assessments (assessment filter reset).
What data is shown?
- Active Users - number of active users
- Custom Assessment Credits - total number of purchased credits (bespoken assessments)
- Statistic with monthly trends:
- Roles Assessed - total number of assessments with at least one completion
- Candidates Processed - number of completed candidates in the time period
- Time Saved - number of hours that the user saves by using the assessments (based on average candidate completion time)
- Candidate CSAT Score - shows the average CSAT score
- Skills Breakdown - looking at the most used skills across all assessments and shows the median score per each of these skills
- Hire Data - shows hiring insights and hiring managers' feedback/score from closing the loop survey
- Candidate CSAT - shows the average CSAT score and candidates' feedback out of 5
- Assessments table - shows the funnel of successful/unsuccessful metrics of completions per assessment
- Candidate Completions chart - tracks the company’s total number of completions. This chart will help users generalize peak and low days of account assessment completions
- Score Distribution Graph - can determine the overall health of the company assessments
