How to Grade your candidates and understand the grading status "Review and Score".

When you open or create a new assessment in Vervoe, Vervoe's AI is already Optimized for scoring which means that the AI Grading is highly accurate.
However, once you reach 100 or more candidates in the assessment, you will be prompted to grade responses via the AI Health Modal to help the machine learning understand more deeply what you would grade your candidates.
To grade candidates, click on the "optimized" tab to "review and "score" and you will be taken to AI Optimize.
Here, you will be prompted to grade each candidate response for the questions that require manual grading. Once all candidates are graded the question will turn green for "optimized".
Once you have graded the candidates in the AI Health Portal, the AI will recalibrate the scoring so you might see the candidate's scores and ranking change slightly.
Manual Grade Required:
There are question types that will require manual grading input. The question types Presentations, Spreadsheets, and File Uploads need to be manually graded, which will mean the candidate won’t have an AI score calculated for them, you will be required to grade the question to release the candidate's overall score. This grading can be actioned through the AI Health Portal with other grading.
Once the candidate has been graded for that question their score will be unlocked.
