The EEOC questionnaire is a set of federally-approved questions about race, gender, veteran status, and disability status. The questions included in this voluntary questionnaire are un-editable because they were carefully crafted to comply with relevant regulations. The EEOC questionnaire is enabled on a per-assessment basis and in this article we will cover how to enable the questionnaire on an existing assessment.
1. To enable the EEOC questionnaire on an assessment, click the My Assessments tab from your navigation bar and then select an assessment.
2. Click on Create and navigate to Settings on the left.
3. From Assessment Settings, scroll down and navigate to Enable EEOC Checklist.
4. Check the box to enable the Include EEOC checklist.
This setting will automatically save and will be included on the assessment when candidates apply. Candidates will see this screen after starting their assessment (before the CSAT).
Note: It isn’t possible to edit the text of the EEOC questionnaire.
