Understanding your job's performance is key in improving your recruiting process. 

Vervoe's reporting feature allows you to stay up to date on your job's overall activity, and evaluate key metrics to identify areas for improvement. 

*Job Insights is only available to customers on the Intelligent plan or above.*

In your job dashboard, you will notice stats on the top right of your screen.
If you click on any of these numbers, they will filter the candidates for that category on your job dashboard. 



To access a report for your job, click on the insights icon, located on the top right of your job dashboard.

This will open insights for this job.

If you are not on an Intelligent Plan, you will still see filter options above all the graphs and below you will see a preview with some sample data for the advanced reporting features.

The report is divided into two sections currently- Talent Trial Insights and Candidate Insights.

Talent Trial Insights

This section includes insights on all Talent Trials in your job. The following metrics available are:

  • Talent Trial Completion Rate
  • Time to complete Talent Trial average
  • All sources by average Talent Trial Score
  • All sources by average Talent Trial completion time
  • Number of Candidates per score range

Talent Trial Completion Rate
The number represents the percentage of candidates who completed a Talent Trial from all of the candidates who started a Talent Trial.
This gives you a good idea of how well your job is doing overall.

Time to complete Talent Trial average
This section reveals the average time it took for your candidates to complete a Talent Trial(s) compared to the time it took candidates from all jobs on Vervoe to complete a Talent Trial. This is a great indicator of how engaged your candidates are with your Talent Trial.

All sources by average Talent Trial Score

This graph shows you the average score of your candidates per source. For example, if you posted on LinkedIn and a job board, you will be able to know the average score of candidates who applied through Linked versus those who applied through the job board. 

All sources by average Talent Trial completion time

This graph shows you the average time it takes for candidates to complete a Talent Trial per source. For example, this allows you to compare how long it takes candidates applying through Linked versus a those applying through a job board post to complete your Talent Trial. Hover over any bar to see the exact average time.

Number of candidates per score range

Here you can see how many candidates scored between specific score ranges. You will have an easy view on how many candidates scored above average or below the average.

Candidate Insights

This section includes insights on all your candidates for the job.
The following metrics available are:

  • Invite acceptance rate
  • Time to accept invites average
  • Percentage of candidates by source category
  • Number of candidates per source

Invite acceptance rate

The formula to calculate this metric is:

The number of candidates who applied refers to all the candidates who completed the registration which is divided by the total number of candidates who were invited to the job (both from email invites and job links).

Time to accept invites average

This chart allows you to see the average time it took your candidates to accept and register for the job compared to the average time for all job registrations on Vervoe.
The average time is calculated by measuring the elapsed time between receiving an invitation (through email or signing up through a link) and completing the registration to start. 

Percentage of candidates by source category

This section breaks down the percentage and number of candidates by source category.

Categories include:

  • Email invites
  • Custom links
  • Social networks
  • Job Boards
  • Referrals 

Number of candidates per source

This graph shows you the number of candidates that come through each source. Hover over a bar to get the exact number for that source.
