Our platform allows you to test the experience as a candidate applying to your job opportunity.
Simply set up your stages with the assessments you want candidates to complete and then click "or test the experience" under Get Candidates.
Note: Make sure to use a different email address than the one you used to create your Vervoe account.
You will receive an email as if you were a candidate. You will notice the email is fully branded with your company logo and colors.
If your first stage is set up with an online simulation based assessment you will have the option to click View Interview in the email. You will then be directed to create an account and complete a profile. The profile can be skipped and completed at a later time.
Questions in the Profile Section
**Please note that the profile includes the following questions:
-What is your phone number?
-Where do you live?
-What are your skills?
-Option to add social media links
-Option to upload a resume
-Option to include a quick bio video or written summary
-Upload a profile image
Turn off candidate profile section
To turn off the profile so that candidates don't have to complete it, go to your job opportunity's settings located in the top right of your dashboard.
The job opportunity settings window will open. Select the option "Don't ask candidates to complete the profile questions" and save.
*Please note that if you turn off the profile section after candidates have started applying, only new candidates who apply will not see the profile.
I am trying to test the candidate experience and I get a 404 error when I click "View Interview".
If you have previously tested the experience and are trying to test it again, you are probably still logged into a candidate account.
You must first log out of the previous candidate account you registered and tested.
Go to your candidate's login URL.
Replace "mycompany" with the company name you registered in your Vervoe account.
If you are logged into a candidate account you will see the account dashboard. Click on the profile icon on the top right corner of the account and click log out.
You will then be able to test as a new candidate and should not receive a 404 error.
** You can also just open your test invite email using a different browser or an incognito browser in Chrome or Firefox or clear your browser cache before trying to test the experience again.
