Currently, the option for candidates to complete profile information only appears on the candidate's job dashboard once they have submitted an assessment. 

This feature was intentionally designed to encourage allowing all candidates to have the opportunity to demonstrate their skills. We recommend that employers use a skills assessment for the first stage, instead of focusing on gathering information on previous experience at this initial step. 

Since candidates feel motivated after they complete the assessment, they typically want to fill out the profile information and look at this step as a way to increase their chances of getting noticed by the employer.
